Terms of service

Draft for review. This is a starting template and must be reviewed by a qualified Ghanaian lawyer before launch.

1. The service

Construction OS is provided as an online service. We may improve and change features over time.

2. Accounts

Each account belongs to one company. The owner is responsible for who they invite and the roles they give. Keep passwords secret.

3. Your data

Your company owns the data it enters. We process it only to provide the service, and you can export it while your account is active.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to access other companies' data, or upload unlawful content, including copies of national ID cards for verification.

5. AI features

AI outputs such as draft BOQs, letters or summaries are suggestions. Check them before relying on them, especially for contracts, tenders and payments.

6. Fees

Pilot accounts are free for the agreed period. Paid plans are billed in advance in Ghana cedis unless agreed otherwise; prices exclude VAT. Unpaid accounts may be paused after notice.

7. Suspension

We may pause an account for non-payment or serious misuse, after notice where possible. Data is not deleted when an account is paused.

8. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
